Sessions
Three entry points into the work. Each session is structured, focused, and conducted one-to-one. Choose the one that matches where you are.
The Orientation
Before the threshold. First-time clients only. 45 minutes. — $30 CAD
A first conversation to determine fit, clarify what you’re carrying, and decide whether to go further. You don’t need to arrive with an explanation. You only need to know that something isn’t working. We begin there — with your lived experience, and an honest conversation about whether this work is right for you. If we decide to continue, this session becomes the foundation of everything that follows.

The First Session
The threshold is crossed. Returning clients. 60 minutes. — $50 CAD
This is where the work begins in earnest. We start with observation — what you’re noticing in yourself emotionally, symbolically, in dreams, in recurring patterns. From there we move into mapping: identifying the structures beneath the surface, the beliefs operating as invisible architecture, the symbols that keep returning. Focused, rigorous, honest inquiry.

The Focal Practice
Long-term work. Returning clients. 3 sessions · 60 minutes each. — $125 CAD
For those who have completed an Orientation or First Session and are ready to go deeper. We establish a thread — a central question, pattern, or symbolic territory — and follow it with sustained attention across three meetings. Each session builds on the previous. Between sessions, you observe, notice, and bring what arises. This is disciplined, symbolic, structural inquiry into the patterns that shape how you experience your life.
